We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at our Blaine, MN office. As a licensed land surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting, coordinating, and execution of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, and platting. You will work closely with our civil engineering design, permitting, and construction team to successfully complete projects.
In addition, you will assist with the field coordination of survey crews, and project/client management. The successful candidate will be expected to handle multiple projects, client and government agency coordination, and work effectively within a team environment.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed in Minnesota
- Experience in platting and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be able to interact positively with clients, landowners, and other people
- Technical writing, data and file organization, and familiarity with various computer software (including word processing and spreadsheets) are essential to this position
