A 477 acre project in Lake Elmo. Major work will be converting an existing 27 hole golf course into a 18 hole golf course upgraded to PGA standards and developing 320 single family housing units around the golf course. The golf course will be designed to be family friendly with additional tees to accommodate players of every level. There will also be a lighted 9 hole par three course. The existing clubhouse will be completely remodeled also, adding restaurants and swimming pool.
